You think, simply buying a Porsche will make you perfectly happy? How do you experience the selection and purchase process? How closely are you looked after until delivery? How do you come and stay in touch with the brand? Yes, even Porsche could do some things better… here is my wish list… what is yours?

1. Porsche manufacturing progress status of my car
In my blog post „Where is my Porsche“,  I described the communication service, Porsche 911 buyers receive after ordering their car from Porsche North America. As someone mentioned in one blog, Porsche Europe has all the data to provide this information too–as the screenshot shows. Ideally, I’d like a personalised service via the „Porsche Vehicle Delivery App“. I would be delighted to pull the data by myself.

2. Interactive selection of my Pick up

In my blog post „How long until pickup“, I wrote about the tedious process of choosing a pickup date. It took several ping-pong emails with our dealer to fix a date. I would prefer a direct selection tool, where I can choose out of available slots by myself.
